JSL, One of the Largest Logistics Company in Latin America, Chooses Orpak as its Vendor of Choice

Orpak’s market-winning ForeHB and ForeFuel solutions to serve JSL fleet customers in Brazil

June 13th, 2016 - Orpak Systems, a leading solution and service provider for retail gas stations and commercial fleets, today announced it has been selected as the premium supplier of fuel and fleet management solutions by JSL, one of the largest logistics company and fleet operator in Brazil. Orpak will manage fuel consumption of fleet operations with plans to extend the services to JSL's sites nationwide.

As Brazil's largest logistics company, the company's fleet related services include supply chain management, outsourcing, fleet and equipment management, as well as passenger and general cargo transportation, including fuel for major 3rd-party fleets, such as the Brazilian police force, city municipalities, transportation companies, car rental, and vehicle leasing.

The JSL-Orpak project has launched at five fuel stations, and two tanker trucks in Rio de Janeiro. The system consists of Orpak’s ForeFuel RFID vehicle identification solution designed to better monitor and manage the amount of fuel consumed by JSL fleets, and the implementation of ForeHB, an end-to-end commercial fuel site management solution at each fueling site.

With Orpak's ForeFuel solution, JSL is able to manage fast refueling with no need for cash, card, coupon payment, or any other fueling authorization. ForeFuel provides tighter control and efficiently reduces losses as it ensures that fuel goes solely to the authorized vehicle whose account should be charged. Removing the nozzle and trying to fuel another vehicle immediately suspends RFID fueling activity.

"JSL selected us after thoroughly evaluating the various solutions in the market, and eventually chose us because of our vast experience in fueling solutions for fleets, and best-in-class products," said Sergio Sborovsky, Vice President of Sales in Iberia and Latin America at Orpak. "We are proud to partner with market-leader JSL, and to expand our solutions and services offering in Brazil. This is a milestone achievement for Orpak as we further our commitment to supporting fleet management companies, helping them effectively achieve cost and resource savings, and increase fleet performance and profitability."

Orpak will be showcasing its new generation of fleet management solutions for commercial fuel site, as well as its software solutions for oil companies at UNITI expo 2016, June 14-16, 2016, Stuttgart. Visit Orpak in Hall 3, Booth 3D52.
